Perlee & ALL ROOMS CONCERTS present an evening of music in the heart of Kreuzberg, Berlin. Perlee bring together artists both new to Berlin, & those who call it home, to gather & connect with the Irish diaspora & to make new Berlin friends. There will be strands of dream pop, gothic folk, psych folk, shoegaze & some collaboration along the way. Doors will open early on this Autumnal Saturday, at this iconic venue, in the vibrant city of Berlin, to showcase the mystic songwriting abilities of some of Ireland’s foremost contemporary voices.

Artists on stage:
Oisín Leech, A. S. Fanning, Aoife Nessa Frances, Brigid Mae Power, Perlee, David Hedderman, Rufus
Coates & Jess Smith and Monzi.

Oisin Leech
Mojo, Uncut & Other Voices have already hailed Irish songwriter Oisin Leech’s first solo release ‘Cold Sea’ as one of the albums of the year so far. Expect a set of spellbinding songs & sounds which are distinctly Leech’s own.

A.S. Fanning
Far Out Magazine named him their Songwriter of the Year for 2023 & called the album “…It’s a 21st Century Franz Kafka turns indie album, if only he was a little bit funnier & had a soothing baritone.”

Aoife Nessa Frances
“a magnetic, psychedelic spaciness to it that recalls artists like Tame Impala or Crumb.” – FLOOD
‘like Dirty Three meeting Serge Gainsbourg at some low-lit bar.’ – The Irish Times

Brigid Mae Power
“The Irish singer-songwriter flits between past & present; between traditional & modern forms; between the heaven in her voice & the earthbound epiphanies of her words.” Pitchfork

Perlee
‘…weave the kind of spells that are virtually impossible to escape from. The result is an unexpected, underether thrill ride’ – The Irish Times

David Hedderman
“…superb debut album with fellow Immediate alumnus & close friend, Conor O’Brien (Villagers), in the production chair…” Hotpress 8/10

Rufus Coates & Jess Smyth
“the gravel-voiced Nick Cave-esque Coates, with a counterpoint of the sweet female vocals of Jess Smith, these are dour blues songs that have enough beauty to lighten the hearth of the home.” The Irish Times

Monzi
Monzi’s debut single will be released this September. Written by Simon Fagan, produced by Christian Bringzen and mixed by Oliver Middleton (The Smile / Robert Plant).
